We are some cool, respectful guys living in awesome downtown San Diego.  We like cooking, nightlife, reading & watching dvd's.

Simply share the dorm with us until you decide to get your own flat.

$360mo / $150 deposit

$20 to buy in on all the things we already paid for that you will get to use too (toilet paper, dish/hand/laundry soap, cleaning supplies, etc.)

$10 every 4 weeks after that.
